Skittles and What?

Skittles and sex. They go together very nicely, actually.

What is this place and how did you get here. Ok, I can answer that. Those of you familiar with the Blogs of Roleplay will know what we're all about here, it's the same concept only this is a different sort of roleplay.

Skittles and sex is yet another extension of the crazy mind that is Strega. Strega runs two servers and has a nasty habit of snatching up domains faster than some tarts buy shoes. In fact, Strega has given up shoes for domains these days and she likes to share.

Strega also likes to license writing platforms and then offer free blogs to people. It's not actually hosting since there is no FTP, images can't be giant, it's all part of one domain (domain.com/you) and email accounts are granted when asked for. What it is is a completely free place to blog on topic. No ads, no mandatory credits or clicking, no catches or horseshit. What you get is a free blog set up for you, help with design and linkage if you want and as long as your blog doesn't break any laws, you're free to run with it.

Skittles and Sex is a blogging community for people who want to write about sex. Not a place for porn advertising, those sorts of blogs will not be created or maintained. This is a place for the individual, couple or group who wants to write stories, share experiences, confess fantasies or even write sexual fiction.

Just to be clear. Kiddie porn or anything illegal is not going to happen here. Post or write about kiddie porn and I'll be the first one turning your ass in. Shoo, pedophile freaks.

There is enough in your face sex on the internet. Skittles and Sex hopes to be a community of genuine sex blogs for people who want to write but just can't break out of their shell or don't want to use Blogger or the big guys. We ask no questions and ask nothing of you in return except for a link or two.

For the moment, we can only offer blogs on Skittlesandsex.com. We also own two other domains in connection with Skittles and Sex that will be open for bloggers to choose their domain - EroticMyst.com and SalaciousScribings.com. Bloggers will be able to choose if they want the free version of Movable Type or Word Press and perhaps even more as we grow. As we're not completely open yet I'll be holding off on advertising but anyone who wants to get started blogging on skittlesandsex.com is invited to click the "get YOUR blog" link and get started!

Blogs of Roleplay has been a tremendous success and we have over 270 blogs happily living there. We hope Skittles and Sex will develop the same following and we look forward to reading your stories.

We also have a collaborative blog and invite all bloggers to submit a story for the blog. You can be as anonymous as you want or as public as you want, we don't judge.

And for those who are shy, we offer an advice blog where you can ask anything you want and we'll answer it. Don't be shy, we're here for you.
